"Stuart had great care after his heart attack. He saw his physiotherapist afterwards for some out-patient treatment, but I felt he was not ready to attend our local gym again. Emily helped him gain confidence, strength and fitness and understand what he could and couldn’t do. Now there is no stopping him and he goes to the gym twice a week!"
– Margo, 60
"I did not expect this to be so enjoyable. My focus has shifted from simply recovering from my heart attack to thriving."
