"After my treatment for ovarian Cancer, they said I was ‘cancer free’ yet I felt weak, depressed and so anxious that I couldn’t see the joy in life. My kinesiologist came to me every week and gave me the courage to be more active and start socialising again. I even joined a dance class. I couldn’t have done it without her."
– Olivia, 54
"Remote exercise was a good way for me to get off the sofa and motivated to move. I felt safe while being encouraged. Walking outdoors is fine, but these exercises gave me the variety I needed and were complimentary to my life. I certainly feel better after every session.
– Aaron, 81
