COPD | 3 Phases | At-home/Remote
This is a specialized program for those with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Combining exercise, education and behavior change to enable a more positive lifestyle. Breathing and relaxation techniques will help manage the feeling of breathlessness allowing our patients to be in charge of their breathing instead of it being in charge of them!
Chronic Pain Program
Chronic Pain | 1 Phase | At-home/Remote
This program combines active rehab and exercise with education topics aimed at providing tools to manage pain in our patient’s daily lives. Developing healthy habits, introducing meditation, nutrition and setting effective goals will empower our patient’s to have control over their own bodies and their pain levels.
Ageing adults | 1 Phase | At-home/Remote
Vitality refers to a structured program of exercise and education designed to help ageing adults stay healthy, safe, and independent. The exercises target many different components of physical fitness which often diminish as we age, such as balance, reaction time, strength, etc.
Heart disease | 2 Phases | At-home/Remote
Our cardiac rehabilitation program combines both cardiac health education and exercise, tailored to meet an individual’s needs and health condition. This program is for those who have completed Phases I and II of their cardiac rehabilitation.
Healthy Bone Program
Osteoporosis/Osteopenia | 1 Phase | At-home/Remote
For those who have had limb replacement, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis or a musculoskeletal injury. Carefully structured protocol-based exercise and lifestyle education that restores function and improves quality of life.
Stronger Back Program
Back pain | 1 Phase | At-home/Remote
9 out of 10 adults in the western world will suffer back pain at some point in their lives. This program is designed to alleviate back pain and increase mobility. It will focus on core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall health and well-being.
Cancer Rehabilitation Program
Cancer patients | 4 Phases | At-home/Remote
Cancer treatments can negatively impact the cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous, muscular, skeletal, reproductive, endocrine and gastrointestinal systems. With properly prescribed and supervised exercise programs, cancer survivors experience increased functional capacity and strength, reduced depression, less fatigue and enhanced quality of life.
Cardiovascular disease | 1 Phase | At-home/Remote
Staying active to live a healthier life through exercise and a healthy body by reducing the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease. This program will help those living with hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia or obesity. Also to be utilized as a preventative exercise program. With properly prescribed and supervised exercise programs, regular exercise will keep the body strong, improve blood circulation and improve quality of live.
Stroke | 1 Phase | At-home
The post-stroke program aims to provide our clients with the confidence and tools needed to regain as much of their independence as possible. The exercises and activities in the program are intended to target various symptoms to develop the affected-side of the body and improve gait and mobility.
Parkinson’s Disease | 1 Phase | At-home
We target the everyday symptoms of Parkison’s Disease. The weekly programs aim to progressively improve posture, gait, and coordination, with a strong emphasis on demonstrating how best to accomplish tasks of daily living and manage symptoms.
