Chronic Pain | 1 Phases | At-home/Remote
This program combines active rehab and exercise with education topics aimed at providing tools to manage pain in our patient’s daily lives. Developing healthy habits, introducing meditation, nutrition, and setting effective goals will empower our patients to control their own bodies and their pain levels.
COPD | 3 Phases | At-home/Remote
This is a specialized program for those with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Combining exercise, education, and behavior change to enable a more positive lifestyle. Breathing and relaxation techniques will help manage the feeling of breathlessness allowing our patients to be in charge of their breathing instead of it being in charge of them!
