Chronic Pain | 1 Phases | At-home/Remote
This program combines active rehab and exercise with education topics aimed at providing tools to manage pain in our patient’s daily lives. Developing healthy habits, introducing meditation, nutrition, and setting effective goals will empower our patients to control their own bodies and their pain levels.
